'If Oscar was a kitty...'

And now something completely old and not-so-different:  I recall somewhat in a Basilian forum, years ago, that they called my character Oscar Milde as adorable as a kitten! Well, that comment sparked a parody where I doodled my mousie Oscar Milde into a feline!

In fact, Kitty Oscar is owned by Mrs. Hudson, the landlady of 221B Baker Street, named after a particularly well-known poet. Of course, this little, fluffy grey kitten is quite a handful - mischievous, flirtatious, and constantly needy for attention, he will do the cutest things just for people to cast their eyes in the direction of this tiny, tumbling ball of fluf. Here, Kitty Oscar is caught playing with Holmes' favourite pajamas (as seen in Walter Paget's illustrations in The Dying Detective) and is startled when a hole has mysteriously gotten torn into the shirt. Oopsie, when Mr. Holmes gets home, he is not going to like this...
