At last, two of my favourite obsessions — 19th-century Great Mouse Detective and 24th-century Star Trek — merged and mingled as one little, parodistic crossover, brought to you by me and, pushing my hesitancy aside, I am pleased to introduce the adventures of Star Trek: Titus:

Born in the Quin'vak region of the planet Qo'noS, Brigadier K'Eurak, granddaughter of the legendary Da'Har Master Koloth, commands the Klingon Imperial Fleet starships of the combined, but battle-fatigued, Fifth and Sixth Fleets, under her Negh'Var-variant flagship, IKS YanwI'. She is one of the highest-ranking females in the Klingon Defence Force (KDF), awarded the Order of the Bat'leth twice. Her family has served the Empire as warriors for fifteen generations. She played an important role in commanding the forces loyal to Gowron, now Chancellor of the Klingon High Council, at the 2368 Battle of Mempa during the Klingon Civil War; from there, she worked her way up the ranks as Colonel and began her steady rise to "hero" status. When the Dominion War broke out, the newly appointed Brigadier K'Eurak was instrumental in the support of Starfleet's offensive to re-capture Deep Space Nine from the Dominion, in early-2374, led by General Martok. She led all Klingon starships in the Sixth Fleet but, acquiescing critical losses, the Sixth Fleet joined with the Fifth Fleet, headed by the experimental Multi-Vector-class USS Titus (NX-74910). She, originally, distrusted Romulan Colonel Alital, but as they fought side-to-side, he earned her respect and admiration — to his chagrin. Over four hundred ships stronger, the Dominion-Cardassian forces launch another attack at Vulcan on stardate 51893. Captain Serek, the commanding officer of the flagship USS Titus of the Fifth Fleet, and Brigadier K'Eurak, commanding the imperial Klingon birds-of-prey of the Sixth Fleet, bring a daring plan into flight in the Third Battle of Vulcanis, making certain that never again will the Dominion threaten Vulcan.
